We typically offer standard building contracts but in addition to this also provide some clients with a design and build service.

Meet Our Team
Ryan has 20+ years in the construction industry. During that time, he worked various senior management positions in England, Ireland, and Australia. His time has been spent working for developers and contractors, ranging from multi-unit residential developments to hospitality and government construction projects.
Ryan’s diverse construction experience dates back to 2001 when he completed his apprentice as a bricklayer. Since then, he has progressed through the managements ranks as a crew foreman, site foreman, contract manager and marketing manager before raising funding to set up his first successful development company in 2017.
Ryan’s focus is on the sustainable growth of Webuild both in the UK and Ireland.
Eunan has an impressive 20+ years within the construction sector. A time served bricklayer by trade, he has constructed hundreds of new homes throughout the UK and Ireland before his strong leadership qualities and natural operational ability lead him into a senior management role overseeing the construction of award winning multi-unit residential sites.
Whilst employed as a site manager Eunan developed a successful project management service for select clients. Eventually the culmination of both roles led him to partner with Ryan at Webuild in 2020.
Eunan oversees operational activities in UK and Ireland whilst maintaining relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.
